Student Assistant for Middle School

Job Responsibilities

• Support the student pedagogically in the classroom and, if necessary, in smaller settings
• Provide social support during lessons, breaks, and transitions
• Be a clear and reassuring adult who helps the student understand and manage social situations
• Collaborate closely with the class teachers, student health services, and other staff
• Maintain regular contact and collaboration with the student's guardians

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in need of special support is an advantage
• Ability to work in a structured and consistent manner
• Good collaboration skills and communicative confidence

We are looking for someone who is clear, calm, and attentive, with the ability to build trusting relationships. You understand that students may have different needs and adapt your approach accordingly. You are flexible, responsible, and confident in the adult role.
